Apostle Bishop Dr. Michael A. Price, a co-founder of International Anointed Ministries dba Gates of Dominion (IAM/GOD), is a seasoned leader. He serves as president and CEO on the Board of Directors for International Anointed Ministries and is the Senior Pastor at Gates Of Dominion’s headquarters church in Round Rock, Texas. Dr. Price has almost forty years of experience in Kingdom of God ministry. He has ministered to over thirty nations and 300 major cities in the USA and abroad. His academic journey, which includes a BA degree in English Literature from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH (1983), a Masters of Divinity degree (M.Div.) from Grand Canyon University’s School of Theology (2020), and a Doctor of Education (EdD) from the University of Dayton (2023). His continual education has greatly influenced his leadership style and approach, equipping him with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead effectively.

Apostle Sheree Price is the Co-founder of International Anointed Ministries dba Gates of Dominion (IAM/GOD). She serves as vice president and co-CEO on the Board of Directors for International Anointed Ministries. She is a lead teacher at Phase Family Learning Center in Austin, Texas. Apostle Sheree Price is the local and International Worship Director for International Anointed Ministries. She is the senior co-pastor at Gates Of Dominion church in Round Rock, Texas.
Apostle Sheree has recorded two gospel CDs (2017 and 2018). She performs at musicals, plays, skits, weddings, conferences, funerals, and other social events. She is an anointed, renowned, and global impact speaker who travels extensively within the USA. and abroad. She hosts cultural experience events, music seminars, workshops, and conferences. She teaches youth and adult singers and musicians essential music techniques and strategies. Her passion for music is evident in her work, especially when she works with people, bringing joy to their lives through music. She has a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois (1988).
Bishop Michael L. Scott

Bishop Michael L. Scott, along with his wife Dr. Esther Scott is the Pastor of Powerhouse of Praise Christian Fellowship Church, Austin, Texas. Since 1982, he has served in ministry and community outreach. Bishop Scott is instrumental in assisting pastors with launching ministries and building Christian leadership. His efforts include empowering leaders, mentoring men by hosting free monthly fellowship breakfasts in the community offering prayer, support, and guidance based on Christian values and teachings. He provides biblically based resources, skill-building workshops, pastoral coaching, and facilitating networking opportunities. He has a passion for encouraging affiliate pastors to stand firm in ministry as they serve their communities and foreign missions worldwide.
Bishop Scott had a distinguished career in the United States Airforce, retiring as a Master Sergeant. His expertise in electronics, computer technology, and telecommunications is evidenced by his certifications from the United States Air Force Telecommunications Technical School and the University of Texas Telecommunications Engineering Certification Program. He also retired from the State of Texas as a Network Manager, showcasing his proficiency in both Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
Dr. Esther C. Scott

Dr. Esther Scott is a minister, psalmist, teacher, mentor, and motivational speaker. Dr. Scott is a multi-talented businesswoman, professionally recognized in both the Christian and government sectors. She has facilitated several projects in strategic planning, quality management, business cultural change, team building, and employee relations. She has inspired many pastors and entrepreneurs seeking to launch nonprofit corporations. Dr. Scott is compassionate and dedicated to providing spiritual guidance and support to incarcerated individuals. She ministered at the Texas Del Valle Correctional Facility to help inmates find hope and purpose during their incarceration.
Her academic journey is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and her pursuit of knowledge. She is a member of the Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ, dissertation committee. Her educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in urban affairs, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development, and two Doctorate Degrees: A Doctorate of Religious Philosophy and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership emphasizing Christian Ministry—qualitative Research.
Pastor Charlene Morris

Pastor Charlene Morris, the founder of Ministry of Helps (1 Corinthians 12:28), a mobile ministry. Her mission is “Blessed to be a Blessing"; vision: "Setting people free to serve God". She serves as Pastor and Treasurer in pastoral leadership at Gates of Dominion (G.O.D.), and is the Treasurer on the International Anointed Ministries (IAM) Board of Directors. Pastor Charlene resides faithfully ministers at Austin Transitional Center in Austin Travis County. She resides in Texas and is the proud mother of three sons and fourteen beautiful grandchildren.
Pastor Charlene is an entrepreneur, owner of Unity Customized Services, LLC, a Realtor, independent Life Insurance agent and worked in the Continuing Education Industry at the University of Texas. She serves as Treasurer for Christian Churches Collaborating for Change – 4C’s: A Criminal Justice Coalition and managed five transformational houses with MORE – Mission of Restoration Enterprises. Pastor Charlene provides hope to many through prayer, Godly counseling, and provides income to may deem unemployable. Day by day she is producing spiritual fruit that remains, extending God's Kingdom.

Michael A. Price serves as the Communication Specialist for the International Anointed Ministries (IAM) Board of Directors (BofD). His primary daily tasks involve communicating with the public on behalf of a IAM. Specific duties and responsibilities includes creating press releases to be released to the media, responding to media inquiries and requests, ensuring that IAM’s BofD and team members communicate clearly in public speaking venues or interviews, discovering public opinion on clients through social media research and polling, evaluating. He contribution to marketing efforts, ensures that messaging is correct. He works tirelessly to maintain IAM’s public image.

Pastor Curtis resides in Missouri with his wife of 20+ years, Prophetess Dr. Cynthia Scroggins.
In addition to his spiritual duties, he serves as a Church Administrator and also works at MTW Solutions as a Program Developer, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to service. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and serves as a Regional Advisor with Toastmasters International.

Dr. Scroggins, a lifelong learner, holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Education Specialist in Curriculum Leadership. She serves as the Education Trainer and Prayer Coordinator with International Anointed Ministry (IAM) Board of Directors. She is an Instructionally focused, people-centered coach, specializes in educational and situational leadership for transformational growth. She resides in Missouri with her husband of 20+ years, Pastor Curtis.
Cynthia, with a wealth of experience, is a consultant, human resources professional, and educator. She has successfully facilitated leadership and management workshops for a diverse range of organizations, including private, public, and non-profit corporations. As an adjunct professor, a US Army retiree, and a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), she brings a unique perspective to her role.
